Two men were discussing the weather, arguing whether it would rain or not. They see a stranger passing by and decide they'll get his opinion. They ask him to look at the sky and if he thinks it will it rain or not.

The man looked up and with a clueless look on his face replied "Gentlemen, sorry, but I'm not from around these parts."
